All newly hired Martha Jefferson employees attend a two-day New Employee Orientation. We begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m. These sessions provide all newly hired employees with an overview of the organization to ensure a successful start to your employment at Martha Jefferson.

New Employee Orientation is held in the MJH Education Center located at 320 10th Street NE (corner at 10th Street and Little High Street).

All newly hired employees must successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background check prior to starting their employment with Martha Jefferson Hospital. Results must be received in Human Resources prior to a new employee's start date in order for the employee to attend New Employee Orientation.
