New Hires
All newly hired Martha Jefferson employees attend a two-day New Employee Orientation. We begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Dominion Conference Room and conclude by 5:00 p.m. These sessions provide all newly hired employees with an overview of the organization to ensure a successful start to your employment at Martha Jefferson.
All newly hired employees must successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background check prior to starting their employment with Martha Jefferson Hospital. Results must be received in Human Resources prior to a new employee's start date in order for the employee to attend New Employee Orientation.
