Cottage Cheese Breakfast Parfaits
½ cup diced cantaloupe cubes
½ cup honeydew cubes
1 cup halved green or red seedless grapes
1 cup sliced strawberries and/or blueberries
1 (16-ounce) container 1% cottage cheese
¼ cup toasted sliced almonds
- Combine cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes and strawberries in bowl.
- Layer one-third of cottage cheese in 4 wide glasses; top with half of fruit and half of almonds.
- Repeat layering with one-third of cottage cheese, remaining fruit, remaining cottage cheese and remaining almonds.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
