Splenda Spice Cookies
- Blend with mixer in large mixing bowl ¾ cup no-trans-fat soft tub margarine, 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute, 1 large egg and ¼ cup molasses.
- In another bowl whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour, ¾ teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and ½ teaspoon ground cloves. Stir dry ingredients into the margarine mixture. Chill dough in refrigerator for about 2 hours or until firm.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Form dough into 16 balls and place on baking sheet. Press down gently with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool on wire rack. Makes 16 cookies.
