- Place 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar-free peach preserves, 1 tablespoon skim milk, 2 packages sugar substitute and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract in blender. Process until smooth. Set aside.
- Toast 4 whole-grain toaster waffles in toaster. Cut each waffle into smaller wedges and serve with the cream cheese dip. Makes about ¾ cup of dip.
