Spicy Baked Fish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.

  • Wash and pat dry 1 lb. fresh salmon. Place in baking dish.
  • Mix together in small bowl 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon sodium-free seasoning mix (example, Mrs. Dash). Drizzle evenly over the fish.
  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Cut into 4 pieces.

Makes 4 servings.
