- In serving bowl stir together the fruit: 1 large peeled and diced mango, 2 cups fresh blueberries, 2 sliced fresh bananas, 2 cups halved strawberries, 2 cups seedless grapes, 2 unpeeled and sliced nectarines and 1 peeled and sliced kiwi fruit.
- In a small bowl stir whisk together the sauce: 1/3 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger and a dash of nutmeg.
- Just before serving, pour the orange juice liquid over the fruit. Toss together.
Makes 8 servings.
