Good-for-your-Brain Smoothie

  • In a blender or food processor combine the following ingredients: 1 cup skim or soy milk (vitamin D), ½ cup orange  juice (vitamin C), 2 cups frozen strawberries or raspberries (vitamin C), ¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (vitamin D), and 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (omega-3 fatty acids). Blend until thick and creamy.

Makes 4 servings.
