Salsa Turkey Burger


  • In bowl stir together 1 lb. ground turkey, ¼ cup crushed tortilla chips, and ¼ cup medium salsa. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Heat a nonstick grill pan to medium-high heat. Add the 4 patties and cook about 5-6 minutes per side. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
  • Add 1 slice of 2% cheese to each patty 2 minutes before removing from grill.
  • Serve on toasted whole wheat buns. Add lettuce leaf and additional salsa to each burger.
