- In a small bowl whisk together 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 teaspoon honey, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar and ½ teaspoon vegetable or sesame oil. Set the marinade aside.
- Lightly season 2 (4-ounce) salmon fillets with freshly ground black pepper. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, in the skillet. Brush the top of the salmon with the marinade. Cook for 4 minutes. Brush with marinade and cook additional 4 minutes. Serve salmon with any extra glaze drizzled over the cooked salmon.
