Party-Time Shrimp Dip

  • In a mixing bowl stir together ½ cup (4-ounces) softened reduced-fat cream cheese, 4 thinly sliced green onions and 3 tablespoons light Caesar salad dressing.
  • Add 1 (6-ounce) can cooked drained shrimp and gently stir together.
  • Place dip in serving bowl.
  • Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving with either colorful raw vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, pea pods, carrots, etc.) or whole-grain crackers.

Makes 6 servings.
