Avocado Salad

  • In medium bowl put 2 (11-ounce) cans drained whole kernel corn, 1 diced avocado and 1 cup halved grape tomatoes.
  • Top with 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Optional: add 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro.
