- In a food processor blend until slightly smooth the following ingredients: 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese, ¼ cup nonfat sour cream or plain yogurt, ½ cup fat-free cream cheese, 1 T. minced garlic (more can be added to taste), 1/3 cup drained roasted red peppers, ¼ teaspoon black pepper and ½ teaspoon hot sauce.
- Spoon into serving bowl and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Serve with fresh raw vegetables or chunks of whole wheat pita bread.
Makes 2½ cups dip.
