- Coarsely crumble up bran muffins to equal 3 cups.
- Place half the muffin crumbs into a glass bowl.
- Top with 3½ cups of fresh fruit chunks: blueberries, mandarin oranges, raspberries, etc.
- Cover with the remaining bran chunks.
- Spoon 2 cups of nonfat or low fat vanilla yogurt evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the top with 1 cup of fresh fruit chunks.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
