- In a medium bowl stir together 3 cups plain or vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons sugar-free berry preserves, ½ teaspoon vanilla and 1 packet sugar substitute or 2 teaspoons sugar.
- In 4 tall serving glasses, layer yogurt mixture with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
- Top with a sprinkle of almonds.
