Each of us make hundreds of decisions every week when it comes to what foods we’re going to eat. Some choices are easier than others, but you’ve probably had to fight off temptation to order something you know isn’t good for you at some point. This week, we talked with register dietitian Rita Smith about what fats we should always work to avoid, and those that are actually good for us to include in our diet too.
