The nurses at Martha Jefferson make up a large part of the care-giving team. Everyone seems to go into the profession for a different reason, but the work they do effects patients in the same way – it makes them feel better, and as welcome as possible in a hospital.
Allison Crawford, a long time Martha Jefferson nurse, spoke with WINA morning radio show to share how she got her start, and why she enjoys her job more every day.
