4 oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 small cabbage head, shredded or 1 large package coleslaw mix
½ cup pecans, chopped
¾ cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
- In serving bowl gently toss together orange pieces, cabbage and pecans.
- In small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar. Add to salad and toss to coat all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate 20-30 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
