1½ tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
1½ tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped red pepper
1 small carrot, grated
1 cup cooked macaroni
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
- In bowl mix together yogurt, mayonnaise and sugar. Add vegetables and macaroni; stir well to combine.
- Cover bowl and chill for at least 2 hours. Season with pepper and paprika before serving. Makes 2 servings.
