cups whole wheat or bran cereal squares
cups small whole-grain twisty pretzels
cup dry-roasted peanuts
creamy peanut butter
cup dried fruit (optional)
oven to 250 degrees.
cereal, pretzels and peanuts in large bowl. Set aside.
peanut butter, honey and water in small microwavable bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30
seconds or until hot. Stir in vanilla.
peanut butter mixture evenly over cereal mixture; toss lightly to evenly coat.
Place mixture in single layer in ungreased 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan.
8 minutes; stir. Continue baking 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from
oven. Stir in dried fruit; toss together to mix. Makes 10 servings.
