Grilled Fresh Peach Packets
4 fresh peaches, quartered, pits removed
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons no-trans-fat soft margarine or butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon – more can be added if desired
- Toss all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
- Place 4 squares of Heavy Duty foil on countertop. Coat the foil tops with cooking spray.
- Evenly divide the peach quarters and seasonings between the 4 squares. Fold up the foil tightly, crimping the ends. Place on grill and cover with lid. Cook for 12 minutes.
- Let the packets sit for 5 minutes before opening carefully to let the steam escape. Enjoy.
