1 box dry devil’s food cake mix
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup skim milk
8 egg whites
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat 4 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Mix cake mix, coffee granules, cinnamon, milk and egg whites in medium bowl with spatula until well blended. The batter will be thin.
3. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 4-5 minutes or until centers are set. Makes 48 small cookies.
