1 cup old-fashioned oats
¾ cup fat-free milk
1 egg white
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar, divided
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ peeled apple or ripe pear, diced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine oats, milk, egg white, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well.
- Pour into baking dish. Top with diced apples or pear.
- Sprinkle evenly with remaining brown sugar.
- Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 2 servings.
