Taco Soup in the Crock Pot
1 package frozen veggie crumbles
½ cup diced yellow onion
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed
2 (15ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes
1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added cream-style corn, undrained
1 (16-ounce) jar medium salsa
2 cups water
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Place all ingredients in large crock pot. Stir to combine.
- Place lid on the pot. Set to LOW heat and simmer 8-10 hours.
- Ladle into bowls. Makes 10 servings.
