- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Beat cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar blend in large bowl with electric mixer at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1/3 cup for a topping. Add water, egg substitute and oil to remaining mixture; beat at medium speed until well blended.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and peanuts to reserved crumb mixture; mix well. Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake for 38-42 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Makes 24 servings.
