- In mixing bowl stir together 1 (8-ounce) package softened low-fat cream cheese, 2 cups reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese, 2 teaspoon dill pickle juice and ½ (0.7 ounce) package dry Italian salad dressing mix.Combine until mixed together well.
- Shape mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans or walnuts.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- The cheese ball will taste even better if you make it the day before serving.
- Serve with whole grain crackers.
