2 (16-ounce) cans light-packed peach slices
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
½ cup no-trans-fat margarine or butter
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Empty peach slices and their juice into one 9x13-inch baking pan, spreading out evenly. Pour the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches. Press the cake mix firmly into the peach slices. Cut the margarine into small pieces and place on top of the cake mix. Sprinkle the top evenly with cinnamon.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting.
