Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place 1 split whole-grain English muffin per person on baking sheet, cut-side up.
- Top each half with a fresh tomato slice. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the top with Hormel bacon pieces and shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese. Add a sprinkle of Italian herbs.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
