Balsamic Strawberries with Vanilla Creme
Ingredients1 lb. fresh strawberries, stems removed, cut in half2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar1 tablespoon sugarVanilla Crème¼ cup light whipped topping (can omit and use only yogurt)¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt¼ teaspoon vanilla extractDirections
- Place strawberries in large bowl. Add vinegar and sugar. Stir gently to combine. Let sit at room temperature about 1 hour.
- For Vanilla Crème: combine whipped topping, yogurt and vanilla in small bowl.
- To serve, place strawberries in wine glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish each with a dollop of Vanilla Crème. Makes 4 servings.
