The Outpatient Care Center at Pantops was designed to deliver the highest quality clinical care in a setting that promotes the well-being and comfort of our patients, visitors and our staff.

Hours of Operation

  • Health and Wellness
    Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Laboratory Services
    Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
  • Medical Imaging (Mammography, CT, MRI)
    Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (by appointment)
  • Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
    Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (by appointment)
  • X-Ray
    Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Driving Directions

The Outpatient Care Center is conveniently located just west of the intersection of Route 250 East and Interstate 64.

From I-64

Take Exit 124. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn onto Route 250 westbound, toward Charlottesville.

Turn at the stoplight at Peter Jefferson Parkway. At the top of the hill, turn right into the Outpatient Care Center parking lot.


Coming from the South (via US-29)

Route 29 becomes Route 250 East. Remain on Route 250 East, taking it into Charlottesville.

Turn at the stoplight at Peter Jefferson Parkway. At the top of the hill, turn right into the Outpatient Care Center parking lot.

Coming from the North (via US-29)

Follow Route 29 into Charlottesville. Exit onto the Route 250 eastbound bypass.

Turn at the stoplight at Peter Jefferson Parkway. At the top of the hill, turn right into the Outpatient Care Center parking lot.

Parking

Parking is free and plentiful, and easy-to-understand signage directs you to parking convenient to the main entrances of the building.

Upon arrival, you can proceed directly to the service you seek. Of course, our staff is there to greet you and to assist with any questions you have.

  • Diagnostic Medical Imaging Center, including MRI, CT, X-ray and ultrasound
  • Laboratory service for diagnostics and preadmission testing
  • Education Room (Kessler)
  • Brix Terrace Café, serving a selection of light foods and beverages.
  • Concierge Services, where you can stop by anytime you have a question or need assistance.

  • Martha Jefferson's History Wall, located in the Main Lobby on the first floor, where we display the rich history and promising future of community healthcare.
  • Artwork displayed throughout the Outpatient Care Center is the work of local and regional artists, who reflect the beauty and talent of our community.
  • One internet-accessible computer is located in the Lobby for use by our visitors.
  • First and third floor terraces offer views of the scenic Peter Jefferson campus and the beautiful vistas that define Central Virginia.
