How to Refer
Our Cardiology Care Center physicians and staff work closely with the primary care physician, who continues to treat underlying medical conditions and care for other aspects of the patient’s health. When you have a patient whom you think would benefit from a referral to the Martha Jefferson Cardiology Care Center, please contact us by phone or by fax with the referral information. You can refer directly to one of our physicians, or you can call the service directly to order a study or enroll a patient in a program.
