Two areas of the 5th floor are dedicated to the care of inpatient and outpatient cardiology patients, ranging in age from infants to the elderly. Private physician offices are located here along with much of the staff and equipment dedicated to cardiac diagnostics and monitoring. This close proximity enables us to interpret studies promptly and communicate findings to the referring physician in a rapid manner. It also allows us to perform multiple tests in the same visit and effectively respond to any urgent or emergent situation patients may experience.
