Orthopedics and Sports Medicine

The therapists at Martha Jefferson Hospital are specially trained in the care and treatment of patients with orthopedic conditions. We specialize in the care of musculoskeletal conditions of the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, foot and spine. Post-op rehabilitation and comprehensive return-to-sport training is available, including use of sport-specific Wii and other activities.

Therapists have advanced training in orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, McKenzie therapy and hand therapy .

We pride ourselves on personal, one-on-one care of the patient with their therapist and in having close relationships with the referring physician.
