Eating gluten-free has become somewhat of a fad in recent months. Supermarket shelves are lined with gluten-free options, and while the variety is helpful for people who can't eat gluten due to health issues, we wanted to find out if the diet was good for others who simply wanted to try it out. We spoke with Rita Smith, a registered dietitian at Martha Jefferson Hospital to find out more.
